Over twenty years in Florida, our clients became our friends. When we moved to Tennessee, several of them sat down and wrote us a letter. These are their words, quoted from those letters.
We're new to Middle Tennessee, but not to this work. Every letter below was written by someone whose home we looked after in Southwest Florida, some of them for two decades. We now look after homes in Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Spring Hill and Columbia.
When my husband and I bought our first vacation home in 2009 in Estero, FL, he came across Ján who was doing painting in the clubhouse. Ján explained to him that his wife Irena had a home watch business. We count that as one of the most fortunate encounters of our life.
Irena (with Ján's help) supported us through the purchase and upkeep of 4 homes in total, and each one was a challenge in its own way. One of the homes was a complete renovation, one was a new build during Covid, but there were many other challenges.
I cannot possibly list the services Irena and Ján provided over the years besides the regular home watch program: Accepting furniture deliveries! Meeting contractors! Supervising workers! Arranging for repairs! Quality control of our many projects!
Not only was Irena knowledgeable, reliable and accommodating, she has very high standards! I can 100% recommend Irena for any service she can provide.
