Home watch is priced by the size of your home and how often you'd like us to stop by. Here's the whole rate card: no packages to decode, and nothing you'll only find out later. We serve Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Spring Hill and Columbia.

Emergency & storm response
Tornado and high-wind damage, ice storms, burst and frozen pipes, water leaks, alarm activations, trees down. Insurance documentation and photos included.

How we work
The practical bits.
Our agreement
Before the first visit we'll send you a short home watch agreement, so what we're doing and what it costs is written down plainly. Once we've both signed it, a copy comes to you by email. Anything extra you'd like (a plant watered, a car started) goes in it too.

Invoices are emailed after each visit, or monthly if we're coming regularly. Emergency call-outs are invoiced on their own. We take cash, check, credit and debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and ACH transfer.
When the weather turns
We'll check your home before and after a storm whenever it's safe to be out. If a tornado, an ice storm, or flooding makes the roads genuinely dangerous, we'll hold off until they're passable, then get to your home as soon as we can and tell you what we find.
