Where we look after homes.
We live in Columbia and work across Williamson County, Maury County and the rest of Middle Tennessee. Here is a little about each of the places we visit most.
Franklin
Franklin is an easy run up US-31 or I-65 from our home in Columbia. Downtown cottages, the newer neighborhoods around Cool Springs, and the larger homes on acreage west of town all sit empty at some point: a long summer away, a winter somewhere warm, or a house waiting for its next owner. We stop in, walk it through, and send you the photos.
Brentwood
Brentwood homes tend to be big, quiet, and set well back from the road, which is exactly the kind of house that shows no sign of trouble from the street. We check inside and out on a schedule you choose. Gate codes, alarm codes and keys stay confidential.
Nashville
Nashville is a busy place to keep a second home: a condo you visit a few times a year, a house you travel away from for work, or the family home while an estate is settled. We cover the city and its close-in neighborhoods, and a vacant home there gets the same walk-through and the same written report as anywhere else.
Spring Hill
Spring Hill is about fifteen minutes up the road from us, so it is the easiest place for us to fit in a storm check after bad weather or an extra visit before you land. It is full of newer homes and families who travel, and we are glad to bring the mail in and keep the house looking lived in while you are gone.
Columbia
Columbia is home. We live here, so a check on a house in town or in the countryside around it is never far out of our way, and we can get to an emergency call-out quickly. Historic homes near the square, farms and larger lots outside it, and houses sitting empty between owners all get the same care.
Thompson's Station
Thompson's Station sits between Franklin and Spring Hill on our most travelled route, so a house there slots easily into a regular round. Many of the neighborhoods are new, with owners who travel often or split the year elsewhere, and a vacant new build needs eyes on it just as much as an old one, especially through a hard freeze.
